HY492E/HY492F Roving Frames are the new type Roving Frame without cones,which are developed on the basis of HY492C Roving frame,and fuerther optimize the mechanical structure,applying advanced computer control technology and inverter speed-regulation technology.With the features of high-level electromrchanical integration,simple operation,high production efficiency,and combed pure cotton sliver or blending,and is the best choice of making outstanding quality yarn.
1)HIGH-LEVEL ELECTROMENCHANICAL INTEGRATION
Eliminate conventional cone drum mechanism, reversing and building mechanism, and adopt several motors to drive separately. Apply modern drive and control system that realize synchronous control between motors, and spin with optimun roving tension.
HY492E/HY492F machine adopts four motors driving system,flyer,roller,winding and lifting of bobbin rail is driven separately by four inverter motors;eliminate driving gearbox of headstock,further simplify the structure, the twist value can be input directly on the function panel, so only drafting changeable gears qre required.
2)HIGH EFFICIENCY
Adopt fully-enclosed high-speed flyer,which has the feature of low noise at high speed.
Controlled by microcomputer, the winding speed is slow when package is small; and the winding speed will be multi-reduced automatically in the case of big package, so can reduce the breakage of roving and improve production officiency.
Achieve the stopping of machine with full bobbin at fixed position and fixed direction, precisely control the bobbin length. Achieve the machine stopping with roving breakage at fixed position and fixed direction, which is easy for operation.
3)SUPERIOR QUALITY ROVING
4-roller with double short aprons is adopted. Separating the collection zone(between the first and the second roller) from the main draft zone (between the second and the third roller)can shorten the non-twisting zone, which is in favor of evenness of twisting zone, and high quality of roving.
In the whole course of roving, the control system of real-time measure and feedback, which is composed of several high-accuracy rotary encoders and computer, controls the roving tension strictly according to the mathematics model.
The unique controls system that can restrain yarn faults effectively at the start and stop of the machine, guarantees the stability of roving quality.
Applying the patent technology of power cut-off avoids the breakages or yarn faults happening on whole machine when accident disconnection fault caused on outer electricity network.
Adopts aluminium-alloy guide creel, could effectively reduce the elongation difference between front and back row of sliver.
4)Excellent cleaning device
Adopting intermittent style with combing rotation cloth of top and bottom cleaning device, equipped new type Energy saving OHTC and suction device on back of machine, Using the self air flow of cleaning device, Deleting the 3KW Suction Fan box, Not only clean the dust on top of bobbin rail and from the top and bottom cleaner effectively, but also saving energy.
5)Friendly HMI operator
Production parameters can be input conveniently on color touch-screen w which is used as man-machine interface. It is very convenient to control and adjust roving tension. The production data of various specifications can be save ed in the computer, so it is not necessary to adjust as changing the product. It is very simple and convenient to operate for its real-time display of running st tate and faults warning, as well as the function of operation guide appearing as soon as touching the screen.
6)Convenient maintenance
Perfect electric control system has features of reasonable arrange- ment and structure, strong anti-interference ability, high reliability, and convenient maintenance.
The structure of driving is simple, saving time of maintenance. It could communicate with all kinds of PC through network at high speed, so as to achieve the network production management and remote malfunction analysis.
1. 4-roller or 3-roller drafting s'ystem is optional depending on fiber variety and length.
